5. Scope
These Terms apply to any offer and distance contract between LIVENO Sydney and the consumer. Prior to concluding a distance contract, the consumer is provided access to the full text of these Terms. Where electronic conclusion occurs, Terms are made available electronically in a durable format.

6. The Offer
Offers are non-binding and may be modified. Product descriptions are accurate but may vary slightly in colour. Each offer indicates price, delivery fees, order process, withdrawal rights, payment methods, and other relevant details.

7. Contract Formation
A contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions stipulated. Electronic acceptance is confirmed immediately. LIVENO Sydney employs technical and organisational measures to ensure secure transmission of data.

8. Exclusion of Withdrawal Rights
The company may exclude withdrawal rights for custom-made, personalised, perishable, hygiene, or sealed software/audio/video products. Services concerning specific dates, events, or agreed execution before withdrawal period expiry may also be excluded.

9. Pricing
Prices may change during the offer period due to VAT or other legal requirements. Delivery outside the EU may incur customs duties and import VAT, payable by the consumer. Typographical errors are non-binding.

10. Compliance and Warranty
Products/services comply with contract specifications and reasonable quality standards. Defects must be reported within 14 days. Manufacturer warranty applies. Warranty is void if products are modified, misused, or exposed to abnormal conditions.

11. Delivery and Execution
Delivery is made to the address provided by the consumer. LIVENO Sydney will fulfil accepted orders promptly, usually within 30 days. In case of delay, the consumer may cancel the contract and receive a refund within 14 days.

12. Long-term Contracts
Consumers may terminate ongoing supply contracts with proper notice. Terms for trial or subscription products are specified, with clear rights of termination.

13. Payment
Payments are due within 7 business days unless stated otherwise. Consumers must report any payment errors promptly. LIVENO Sydney may charge reasonable fees for late payment.

14. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days via info@liveno-sydney.com. Responses will be issued within 14 days. Valid complaints will result in free replacement or repair.

15. Governing Law
Contracts between LIVENO Sydney and consumers are governed exclusively by Dutch law, regardless of consumer residence.

16. Personal Data
Collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

17. Errors and Omissions
LIVENO Sydney is not responsible for typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the website. Information may be corrected or updated without prior notice.
