Please note: Returns are not free – return shipping fees may apply.

Can I return my order?

Yes, it’s possible. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it.*

Return conditions

  • The order must include all original items and remain in its original packaging, intact and undamaged.

  • The product must have been handled normally and show no damage caused by negligent use.

  • Products where hygiene is essential must be carefully cleaned before return.

  • The product is faulty or defective upon arrival.

LIVENO Sydney reserves the right to charge return costs as well as the original shipping fees.

Returns are processed within 7 business days. If approved, you will receive confirmation within this timeframe.

LIVENO Sydney reserves the right to refuse returns if there are clear signs of use, damage, or conditions beyond our responsibility.

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to: info@liveno-sydney.com

  2. Include in your email:

    • Your order number (#1234)

    • The reason for the return

    • A photo of the product (if damaged or defective)

    • Your full name

    • Your contact details (full address)

You will then receive the correct return address.
Never send your return parcel to the sender’s address on the package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Right of withdrawal – LIVENO Sydney

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the product.

Cancellation conditions

  • Orders are processed and shipped automatically, usually within 24 hours.

  • If you cancel your order within 24 hours by email, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellation is no longer possible. You will need to wait for delivery and then follow the return process above.

Exceptions to returns and withdrawal rights

You cannot return the following products:

  • Perishable items (e.g. food or flowers)

  • Hygiene-sensitive products such as cosmetics or personal care items (if seal is broken)

  • Customised or made-to-order products

  • Digital downloads, gift cards, or health-related items

Shipping & returns from abroad

Our products may ship from international warehouses (e.g. Asia).
If an order is already in transit, it can no longer be cancelled. You may, however, return it after receipt in line with the policy above.

To ensure smooth processing, we kindly ask you to provide proof of shipment when sending back your return.

Refunds

When exercising your right of withdrawal:

  • You will receive a refund of the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs and any additional delivery fees you selected) within 14 days of receiving your return.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at purchase.

  • LIVENO Sydney is not obliged to issue a refund until the returned product is received or proof of shipment has been provided.
